Yeah, if you mean Japanese civil war, Kessen is a great game... An awesome rts about the Tokugawa/Ishida battles starting with Sekigahara and then its aftermath. Not quite US civil war level cause it's 1600, but you have got rifles and cannons. It's one of the first ps2 rts to successfully do 3d. Also you can pause the game while you give your orders which makes it a bit more realistic, since the real battle took all day.
"Beware my tombugiri!" Lord Honda says that often in Kessen.
There's also a Kessen 2, which is more of a kung-fu war in ancient China, with magic attacks and stuff instead of rifles and cannons.
