In the Movie the Wrestler, does Randy The Ram die at the end when he jumps off the top rope?

i Just saw it on TWC on demand for the first time...it was great btw

But back to my question...The Ram (main character) had tears in his eyes as he jumped. He seemed to be having heart trouble towards the end of the match... So im asking did the jump kill him...or did he survive? Casue it jsut ended as he jumped

    I thought the same when I watched it and it doesnt show if he does or not. Abit of a poor ending to a decent movie I thought. I think the point they were trying to make though was that he cant give up wrestling. Hence he leaves that stripper lady in the back to go wrestle. Wrestling is his life i guess

    I asked the same question. I think he did die but I don't know for sure.

    Nope he was tearing up because the fans still cheer for him.
