My webcam wont work on Yahoo Messenger anymore! :-(?
My usb webcam wont work on yahoo messenger anymore. It used to!.
When i go to connect my webcam on yahoo messenger, it says there is no camera connected/detected on my computer. But there is! (the cam is working fine on its own software.
I just recently (2 days ago) got Norton 360 security software. Could something with that be preventing it from working?
If so, if someone could help me fix this issue, that would be awesome!!!

Sounds like your connection settings may have changed - run these checks through
CONNECTION
Open messenger - on top toolbar > (left click) messenger > preferences > connection - select 'no proxies' or 'connect direct to the internet' depending on the version of messenger you have > apply > OK
make sure your internet connection and country are correct in bottom boxes > apply > ok
TESTING
> messenger > my webcam - warning panel will come on click 'ok' and your webcam will launch.

At moment Yahoo messenger is having problems so that could also be affecting your webcam
