How can I make train reservations for Belgium & Luxembourg in Europe?
I'm trying to make train reservations for my parents who are going to be travelling in Europe in July, using a Eurail pass. However, the only site I can find which takes reservations (bahn.de) won't let me book some of the trips I require.
I need to make a reservation for the following trains:
Brussels to Luxembourg
Luxembourg to Basel
Any websites that I can use or places that I can call to make these bookings?

I do not think you need to make a reservation for the Brussels-Luxembourg part of the journey, unless it is an ongoing journey on one day.
Brussels to Luxembourg is an hourly connection that takes 3 hours, no reservations are needed, maybe it is even impossible to make reservations. (Many local and short run international trains in continental Europe do not work with reservations.)
Luxembourg to Basel has a few direct trains, and many more connections that take one of two changes.
The ones where they have to change do not take reservations.
The direct ones do, most likely all of them, but only of few it is advised to make reservations.
If they like to have reservations, follow GPapenburgs advice.
If they prefer to be flexible, travel without reservations is very well possible as long as they do have a decent stop over in Luxembourg. If they travel the whole distance on one day, try making reservations but remember that it is not absolutely needed.
Many of our European trains are more like commuter trains, not like Amtrak. And many do not work with tickets just for one train like the current system in the UK either.
Part of the journey will fall in France, if I understand the journey right, you can try one of the SNCF sites like: http://www.voyages-sncf.com/

You cannot reserve trains in Belgium on the web. Send an e-mail to the Belgium/Luxembourg train company for the reservation.

Try this site: http://www.b-rail.be/main/E/index.php
It's the official site of the Belgian Railway Company (SNCB)

Sometimes sifting through the internet is just a pain in the bott.
If it was me, I would do it the old fashioned way by telephoning a Main Line Station for advice.
Kind Regards
and thanks for all the help!
