Soy paper or Seaweed with Sushi?
Have you ever had sushi with soy paper instead of seaweed? I am so excited about this b/c I never liked sushi b/c the texture of the seaweed. So I tried it with soy paper, SO good. The soy paper has no taste to it you can't even tell it's there. So which do you prefer?

I prefer SASHIMI ... or plain sushi (just the fish on the rice). But I LOVE marinated seaweed salad

There's no sushi without rice. Sushi without rice is not sushi. Why don't you try anything else aside sushi? You can try the toppings only like raw fish, or the eggs, or iidako, fried salmon skin. But it's still not sushi.

seaweed, i like the sweet taste of seaweed when i make my california rolls, i don't eat raw fish, xD
