go to majorgeeks.com look there for xteq tweaking program get the old xteq pro 6 version. it is the last freeware version from about 5 years ago but still works on xp .
it has a feature in it that will clean up the code pages.
so once you get that installed find that feature to clean the code pages.
and do that.
then see if you can get on line and see everything.
if you don't want to try that now. then find
RegSrubVistaXp it is on majorgeeks.com and is also a freeware program it will clean your registry errors and do some minor tweaks that might help you.

Your browser will most likely be an old one from 10 years ago. You should get an updated version of your browser or I recommend Firefox 3.

Try browsing through a different browser and if that doesn't work then you'll have to reinstall the browser.
