When Pilots Say "TAS"?

So I have a Buzz Aldrin G6 Aviator and when I listen to local control, the pilots say something with "TAS" then ATC clears them in to land.

What does this mean? Thanks

True Airspeed. There is IAS - indicated airspeed and CAS - calibrated airspeed.

It could also mean Traffic Avoidance System. "I got him on TAS (or TCAS - Traffic Collision Avoidance System)" If he says this, it could mean he does not have the traffic visual but has him on his TAS on his MFD (multi function display). The aircraft appears on a screen showing altitude. TAS just gives information. TCAS provides guidance in the event of a possible collision.
