What do you give someone who has just graduated Marine Boot Camp?

If she is religious get her a religious medal she can wear it all the time on her tags. I have an engraved St. Christopher (patron Saint of travelers) on mine.

I once received a pocket knife engraved with my initials and last name. The knife is all stainless steel and I've carried it with me everyday for the past couple decades.

A store called Things Remembered has a large variety of small engrave-able gifts. Maybe a lighter, or hip-flask... something durable, useful, small, and convenient.
