It's just a matter of opinion, man. I'd go with someone trying to date you after being rejected just simply because it could be annoying. But, it could still work out.

A friend requesting you after being rejected isn't that bad because from my own experience of Facebook, adding someone as a friend isn't meant to be taken seriously and people are only interested in the number of friends they get in general.

Well asking for another date...that's kind of obvious. It's ok to ask for a friend request. Unless the person was really really annoyed by the asker and had made that fact known. Then the asker should just leave them alone.

If you keep asking to go out with someone, and they say no, Then Don't ask again. All it does is make her hate you more and more. Ask a girl once, If she says yes, then good. If she says no, then she's not the one for you.
