Is it really necessary for "spiritually speaking" to be in questions posted in Religion & SPIRITUALITY?
Are people who put "Spiritually speaking" before their questions just lazy, retarded bums who need Yahoo! to auto-select their category for them because they can't be bothered to take a few seconds to click Society & Culture and then Religion & Spirituality or is it something else?

The practitioners of the R&S religion believe that if you put "Spiritually Speaking" in your Q, the FSM will protect you from a Violation Notice.
It doesn't work, but you can't argue with those people...

I was under the impression that people wrote that before a question that is not related to the R&S category at all. So they write 'spiritually speaking' in front to allow them to get an answer from this category (although Lord knows why they'd want one from here....)

Spiritually speaking, it's not about finding the right category. We were doing that when it still popped up whatever category you had been in before you asked the question as the first choice of where to put it.

Lazy? Nooo. That's not it at all.
It is necessary to put "Spiritually speaking" in the title because otherwise how would people distinguish between good spiritual questions and mocking disrespectful ones? </irony>

Ontologically speaking, no.
Anything else you would like me to clear up for you, or do you feel stupid enough already?
