what is Chinese okra ?

I accidentally bought a pack of Chinese okra instead of regular okra. I planted it yesterday and was wondering about care of the plants and recipes for the vegetable. thanks.

    Chinese okra is also called edible luffa or angled luffa. It need warm temps to germinate 75F or better and is a vining plant related to cucumbers. You grow them about the same way. Pick the fruit when they are still fairly small, 6 to 8" long. You need to peel them before eating. Very popular in some asian cuisines.

    Actually a very tasty veg, don't be too spun about the mistake. Just go ahead and get a pack of clemson spineless and grow both.
