What cardio traininig is the best?
I am a 20 year old male. I know that running and those usual exercises are good for you. But what cardio or other exercises can i do at home which would benefit me. Im not doing it for weight loss or muscle gain. I want to do it for general fitness and to improve my well being. I do suffer from asthma and hear that this training can help with the airwaves and opening up the lungs and so on. So i just want to do this for general fitness and to improve my bodies own well being Any exercises would be good. I have my own gym which i use as well, but like i say, i just want this for my general well being and to improve my health and fitness. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Running is the best cardio training. No other cardio exercise can compete. Get a tread mill if you want to exercise within your home.

Hi,
since you have a gym at home ,i suggest you to do your weight training and cardio training alternate days. Cardio consists of Treadmill with moderate intensity, brisk walk in the park or you can do low to moderate intensity aerobic exercises at home. You can also do circuit training i.e. doing training all body parts.
