No, not really.

There are people I find pathetic or sad or a waste of space but to hate someone uses a lot of energy and can make the hater suffer more than the hated so whats the point?

Far better to use my energy spending time with the people I really like and admire and ignore the losers of this world.

I've never truly hated anyone. Another thread it was suggested a bit better "amused contempt". That is very, very close to how I feel toward a lot of people. Though "pity" also describes how I feel toward others at times. If I weren't so dedicated to Forn Sed heathenism, I'd make an excellent Satanist. Depends on what type of hatred. People who usually go through hatred phases tend to let their anger towards that person boil over and they forget about it or forgive them and move on. Long term hatred can go on for ever and can ruin a persons life and make them go mad. It all depends on the situtation. I personally have never hated anyone.

People hate me, i cant bring myself to hate another person. I just feel that it isn't the way forward. Although i am a huge pushover i should treat people **** back.

I hated a girl who married my ex. She was so afriad that I wanted him back, she stalked me for a year and completely changed her appearance to look like me. I told her many times I dumped him, I don't want him back, but she kept trying to pick a fight. Finally I left town for college and never saw her again.

Well firstly i knew this kid who got bullied because of his facially appearance. I was a peer mentor and he would often tell me that he hated this person because in every lesson this guy would make fun of him.

Actually there isnt really a person I hate....it is only what they have done....
