What can you do if you think officers of a national association have acted unconstitutionally?
Of course, one can simply resign in protest. But if the officers pay no attention, and will not admit they are wrong, the breach of constitution is not corrected. Is there any independent adjudicator that can intervene?
This is in the UK, so ACLU will not be interested. And it's the organisation's own constitution that has been ignored, not the national constitution (the UK does not have such a thing anyway!)

You need evidence & you need to report it. You can file a complaint with the "association" you can call the ACLU or visit their website.
Suggestion: Why don't you research the constitutional right that was violated, be sure you know the exact meaning, many people think they know but actually don't.
But you can file a complaint either way, even if it isn't a violation of the constitution it could be against dept. policy or ethics and in that case the officer will be in trouble or terminated.

If the association is a private association, they do not have to comply with the constitution. If the association is public, then your alternatives depend upon whether you were the individual affected, the provisions that were violated and what exactly happened.

It depends what sort of association it is. Without further information it is difficult to advise.
