If your doing a diet. Your should not be focused on foods like sweets but on how to eat healthy. Try to stay away from sweeteners since they can cause cancer. Drink your water and eat your veggies, lean protein and have fresh fruit for your sweet.

CANDY IS NOT BEING ON A DIET.

Fresh juice sorbet :D I think there's a ways to make sorbet in 5 minutes you can google it but I just put the juice in a plastic bag and freeze it then eat it before it hardens up like ice (3 hours i think?) or Buy grapes, freeze then eat! Honey Lemon's good also. It's just thinly sliced (VERY THIN, minus skin) lemons then coat it with watered down honey. Apple crumbles. Just diced apples, flour, cinnamon, then bake til golden brown :D add a bit of yogurt icecream if you want Coconut Thins. Dried Coconut shavings, Honey, melted butter, flour, bake (this is spread like thin wafers 15 minutes in 325 should be good.

You can substitute Splenda for sugar in just about any cookie, sweet bread or cake recipe. Hershey's also makes sugar-free chocolate chips - but remember that these will all still have carbs in them. The best cake to eat is Angel Food cake, with non-fat Cool Whip and sliced berries. Meringue cookies have no carbs, but would have sugar (and I don't think you can substitute Splenda in those). You can make Cream Puffs (which are low in carbs & sugar) and fill them with sugar-free chocolate pudding. Breyer's makes some great low-carb, low-sugar ice cream, and you can buy sugar-free chocolate and caramel toppings
