Are you completely alone when it comes to making big decisions?
Like what job you should do.
I've made so many bad decisions as far as jobs are concerned and thinking about it, I've always been left completely alone to make them and wish I had had someone to ask.
My parents have always been fairly clueless about these things and careers advisers at school are only any use if you want to be a doctor or a lawyer.
Has anyone else felt like this?

Yes.
Without trying to sound really sorry for myself, everything i have done has been decided by myself.
i have stumbled from one low paid crappy job, to another.
Now, i have finally decided to do what I want to do, so am off to uni in September to get the degree i have always wanted.
of course, now my mum wants to take all the credit for raising such a great daughter, but forgets that she didn't raise me ( i was in foster care).
Anyway, there ARE good points about making all your own decisions-when things go well, you KNOW its down to you, and only you!

everyone is, even if people give you advice or even tell you what they think you should do it is still oneself that decides how to act. all of our bucks stop with us no matter how you package it up.
