    In case of egg allergies?

You have two answers there for the egg less pasta, but I hope you realize it will not taste the same. People have gone over the hill with pasta's, it's time to get back to basics.

You can make a no-egg pasta using just durum semolina and water.

Really keep an eye on the dough and adjust the water or flour one teaspoon at a time until the proper consistency is obtained
