You need to tell your mother right away. I don't have the time to go into detail, but I work with troubled teens and I've read the research and seen the results of relationships like this. There is no way that this will work out well for your sister. She is very likely to become overly attached to and dependent on this guy...and you'll never be able to get her away from him.

If I were you I would tell your mother or father about this,

because he is way to young for this kind of behavior, and

besides I am sure they would put an end to this, and you would

be doing your brother a BIG FAVOR in the long run.

This sounds like paedophilia - you should tell your parents first and tell them additionally if they fail to act you will have to go yourself to the police. This is a very serious matter and can not be ignored and it is not sufficient to separate them because this man will then go on to some other youngster - this must not be permitted to happen.

i would not rlly call the police,

ask your brother about it.

ask if your brother really cares about the person.

and if he does, ask why,

tell him what kind of trouble he can get his*friend* into if somebody finds out about it.

and if he does care about the person,

he might say some thing like "nobody is gonna tell the cops"

If you ARE serious, then you need to tell someone now! Might be innocent, but you don't know. 'Dating' could mean anything and your brother is TOO young for anything like that. He is a CHILD.
