The frying pan or the wooden or marble rolling pin?

This is really a 50's thing and most people will not even know what a rolling pin is used for, let alone a cast iron skillet. But for the ones that have handled them and use them will agree, both will do damage to the body parts that they come into contact with. So swing away babe.

Frying pan for sure is more useful. Use it all the time. The rolling pin has been in the drawer for years.

marble rolling pin - it's heavier and can be effective in more ways than the frying pan...
