I accidentally deleted a file name "proxy" and now nothing works correctly. Can I get it back or am I doomed?

you can restore the sistem whit the windows cd just insert the disc and folow the steps

The only problem is you will lose the information and documents, you can save it in an external hartdrive or a USB memory
