As Obamacrats prepare for a "New New Deal", what can the Reality-Based people do to survive Obamacrats?

You know what really irritates me about liberals? (Besides the fact that they're spineless little girls in pretty dresses who can't play rough because it musses up their hair...)

They always think liberalism fixes the problem -- even when it was liberalism that caused the problem in the first place!

Case in point, the Financial Meltdown of 2008 (and counting). To hear liberals tell it, it all goes back to Ronald Reagan -- who with his seductive "B-actor" charm fooled America into thinking that by slashing taxes, regulation, and government spending we could unleash free enterprise and create a new wave of prosperity. And it surely did!

But now; what any knowledgeable person sees easily; is a

return to the policies of Jimmy Carter, Clinton, LBJ, FDR..and now up pops Obama..

Obama seems, or pretends, that his redistribution of wealth will win "The War on Poverty." When in fact he is pouring gasoline on a fire that needs water to curb its growth. I do hope liberals are still reading my message (no matter how painful the Facts may be. Usually they stop when anything negative mentioned about Obama arises!)

So, can any "educated" liberal (is that an oxymoron?)..explain what will victory look like in the "War on Poverty"?

When is Obama going to produce an "exit strategy" from this quagmire?

Unfortunately, the facts -- as always when you're talking about liberal theories -- tell a different story. A story in which all the major villain, it turns out, have one thing in common; the Evil Mr. G.W. Bush.

Yes, to the uneducated liberals (who will most likely be incapable to answer my question;and will call it one of their favorite term of theirs, a "rant.") Mind now NEVER giving an answer! Name calling is NOT an answer; and it is rather sophmoristic

Facts are clear; are written in economical history, how we got into this mess.

The facts point that we got into this horror. from the "Community Reinvestment Act" that pressured banks into affirmative-action lending, to those "government-sponsored enterprises" Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac -- who bought up all the resulting sub-prime loans and repackaged them as "investment grade" securities -- the greasy thumb-prints of government were all over this fiasco from beginning to end.

But those, as I say, are facts. And facts have no place in the fantasy world o fObamacratic policy-makers. Nor does history -- true history, that is, as opposed to the public-school propaganda that teaches, for instance, that FDR's New Deal got us out of the Great Depression, when in reality it only deepened and prolonged it.

But the question remains: What can those of us in the fast-dwindling, Reality-Based Community do to survive financially as the Obamacrats prepare a "New New Deal" that threatens to outspend the original by about ten thousand to one?

Personally, I don't have a clue. I would love to hear it from an intelligent person who does.

Please I will just dismiss any answers from an ignoramus.

So, unless you are REALLY able to give an intelligent answer; please go and answer some question in the gardening section.

The U.S.A. has practically become the U.S.S.A. Government spending is as high as it’s been since the second World War. Obamunism abounds. Socialism, has nearly set in. Unbeknownst to most, in our past, we already have been a socialist state. By any description socialism occurs when the government spends more than 50% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and it occurred at an interestingly similar period in our nations history. As we slip into what is inevitably another great depression, history presents us just one mere solution to our recessionary problem. Socialism.

There was no end to the depression in site, all social projects and government plans flailed for years with little to no avail. Then along came a blessing, WWII. With patriotic spirit a fervor and a 25% joblessness rate maintained for so long, the masses were eager to work. Starting from 19%, the 1941 fraction of the GDP spent by the government more than doubled to a whopping 50% by 1944, and peaked out at 53% in 1945. The war saved capitalism, by inducing a socialist state. So as this recession spreads across the globe (just like the Great Depression), with unemployment rising whilst international trade crumbles, our percent spent of the GDP for 2009 so far is at 45%. This is an 8% jump from the 2008 eight levels at 37%. Including Obama’s not so stingy nature towards government spending, the economic scale will clearly dip onto the socialist side in a matter of years.

Yet socialism scares the patriotic populace. Examples such as the Soviet Union, Cuba, and North Korea only heighten the fear of government control. Of course these nations were actually run by dictators and barely adhered to the manifesto. And of course fear sells in the media, making these the most largely known examples. However, by looking elsewhere, we can see the beneficial effects of incorporating socialism into one’s own economy.

The Human Development Index (HDI) measures the general prosperity of a country, factoring in life expectancy, education level, literacy rate, and monetary prosperity levels. Scandinavian Socialists Iceland and Norway tie for the top seat with a rating of .968 out of 1. Ireland 5, Netherlands 6, Sweden 7. And where lies the U.S.S.A.? 15tj place, below Finland, Denmark, and Canada. Also to be considered is the top 10 happiest countries in the world. From the prior list we see repeats Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Iceland and Finland. Socialism must be horrendous.

Life is awful when you have socialized medicine. Knowing that I can be financially crippled by an untimely accident helps me sleep at night. Furthermore, I would personally enter a state of crazed rage if I couldn’t pay the tens of thousands of dollars for tuition and instead had to attend for no charge. As our spending increases in our attempts to save capitalism, the 50% GDP spending barrier’s rupture will force the Americans to accept a previously unimaginable truth. We are socialists. So why hinder the inevitable, only to prolong the transformation. People value their securities far more than their freedom to fail, and as soon as we accept this, the speed limits on the road to recovery are receiving a speed boost, from 55, to 88.

Kettle calling the pot black yet lower back. In each and all the speeches ever made by potential of Obama, he on no account pronounced his race as quickly as in a detrimental or racial way. yet analyzing the questions and solutions on Y/A over the final 2 or 3 years has shown me how racist and bigotted the right wing Republican followers are. Then they twist each and every thing around to make it look as though each and every physique else is at fault and in charge and declare Obama makes use of the race card. Oh how the pot is calling the kettle black! And to those that provide me thumbs down for my answer - reality HURTS does not IT?

Cross your fingers. Apply for residency in a foreign country (options can't hurt).Wait two years and hopefully vote in a Congress that can read. Two years later, do the same. It'll be damage control from thereafter.
