Spend time hanging out with friends, family. Don't contact them at all!! Trust me here, don't be friends with them (you can be friendly, but not friends, at least for a while). Go out and party, perve up some other guys (if you a women). Realize that although you has a good time together, there are other guys out there who can make you just as happy. Give it a couple of months and start dating again
