Hair too thin for a bun?
I'd like to have my hair up in a messy bun, and it looks good from the front but at the back the bun is tiny and it looks really silly. Because I have quite thin hair. But is there any way to make it bigger? I dont want a neat bun (like with a bun ring) or anything just a casual messy one.
Thanks!

Hi
My hair is fine like yours so I know exactly what you mean.
Theres a few things you can do. Try back combing it a bit to add volume before you put it into a bun it will make it look a bit bigger. Or wear a black scunchie style thing around it and then pull out little bits of the actually bun to make it look messier. It looks really good in this style, its quite funky.

its always better and stays put when you have dirty hair
or you can just lift your head upside down and spray some hair spray to make it a little more gripable
and back comb it and add volumizing mouse to youir roots and dry upwards with a brush

You could use something ballet dancers use to do their called a donut which would make your bun appear bigger and neater you can get them in boots or clairs.
Hope I helped Adele

sling it back and forth and repeat several times and use volumizing shampoo and just put it in a regular pony tail and on the last time dont go all the way through
