What is your opinion of Arlen Specter's change of Parties?
I find it interesting his "answer". paraphrased "i find my ideals more in line with the Democrats than Republicans" What he finds is that he thinks he can't WIN in 2010 as a Republican so he wants to jump ship and go on another boat. I think the people of Pennsylvania will see through this, HOWEVER, with the luck the Republicans are having, they will screw this up too. It will be interesting.

He knew if he had to go against Toomey again he would be retiring, because we Pa. republicans are totally over his dumb a$$. He can make any excuse he wants but we all know the truth. I've even heard some republicans say they will vote democrat in 2010 just to vote against him they hate him so much.

I think it was a scumbag move just in order to win a re-election.

he want's to be in office more then he want's to represent. isn't his job to represent? i think they are suppose to work for us. don't want to bring the way our government is set to run, but...
