Are any of you Shuffle Skaters?

No but I remember it... I am a bit younger than that but we did it in the late 70 at the rink to The sugar hill gang...hip hop hippy to the hip hip hop...satin jackets and pom poms on our skates...

I remember it, and would always watch the others skate to the same beat as you Resi. But sorry I was never good at skating of any kind and never could get the rhythm and balance of it.

And yes it is still going strong. My daughter roller blades, roller skates, and ice skates.

Not me. It looked like fun. I was only able to keep a slight beat with the music as I skated around the rink and tried to do a few cool leg movements. I did enjoy watching the others.

I was good at it as a teen/young adult. I fell and broke my arm showing off for a group of boys when I was 23 and never went back (TOO EMBARRASSED). I don't know if I still could, I weigh a considerable amount more. ( my favorite song was Billy Swan "I can help")
