Tennis lovers in India...don't you just hate ESPN Star Sports?

They show rome masters for 2 hrs at 4:30 pm and then they show the next live session at 12:00 am. Doesn't that just suck? Even Ten Sports does a better job when showing Tennis.

hey pebble, ESPN and Star Sports are basically the same so they just show Tennis on Star Sports. Yesterday was a shocker with them showing all 4 qtr finals. Tonight surprise surprise, due to premier league, no live telecast. I wish the a***holes could have given coverage to Ten sports for tonight. I like ten sports better since they showed the kast 2 tournaments...Monte Carlo & Barcelona. Star Sports was showing the replay and that pissed me off then I found out they were showing the live telecast on Ten sports and I was overjoyed. Neo Sports is horrible since they show just WTA, no ATP. Internet connection here also sucks so I can't even see live streaming. I recently returned from USA in Jan, so my opinion was based on what I saw since then :)

    but i really don't agree with the opinion of urs that ten sports does a better job

    let me explain-

    a long back useless survey when football popularity was on a rise showed that football, cricket and for that matter swimming was more popular than tennis.

    star sports and espn basicall have all right to show the various leagues and zee sports only shows the indian football.Star sports shows the rest of the world's football(some is shared with neo sports too)

    coming to the thing i really do not appreciate is the fact that they show repeat episode of these very football matches when tier1 tournaments are going on.

    and ur ten sports point-ten sports only telecasts matches when star sports is busy with football

    star sports and neo sports are the best in india for tennis.atleast they show something.dont remember the last time espn showed tennis.
