Directions
Enter weight to be converted at top of calculator. Select the radio button to convert into kilograms or pounds . Press the "convert" button. The result will appear at the bottom of the calculator.
Formula
lbs / 2.2 = kilograms
kg x 2.2 = pounds
Examples
A man weighing 70 kilograms weighs 154 pounds
70 kg x 2.2 = 154 lbs
A woman weighing 110 pounds weighs 50 kilograms
110 lbs / 2.2 = 50 kg

Easy. If you forget, I think most excersise books list the tables of conversion on the back cover (well, they do in Australia, anyway). Multiply kg. by 2.2 to get it to Ibs. 1 kg is 2.2 Ibs. So a 3 kg baby would be 6.6 Ibs, and a 5kg baby 11 Ibs. Be glad it was born at 6.6 Ibs, rather than 11!

multiply kg x 2.205 for lbs.
type into google: "3 * 2.205 ="
that will let you know.
Even easier: Type in "convert 3kg to lbs"
& repeat for 5kg.
