Can vegetarians eat fish?
I already know the answer's NO, but some people won't get off my back about me not eating fish and that vegetarians can eat fish. Vegetarians don't eat fish, so I'm going to have this prove them wrong since they don't believe the sources I pulled off the internet. Any answer is acceptable.

Technically a "vegetarian" who eats fish is a pescitarian. not all vegetarians are vegetarian for animal rights. some for well-being motives, and which would be why some devour fish.

A vegetarian simply cannot eat fish.
There is a type of omnivore, however, that eats no meat besides fish, pecsetarian.
But still, vegetarians don't eat fish. The last time I checked, they could feel pain.

Simple answer: "Vegetarians don't eat animals. Last I checked, fish wasn't a swimming vegetable."
See what they say. You can also look up the definition of "pescatarian" for them to explain that yes, there is a difference.

People can eat what ever they want to, but a person who eats fish is not a vegetarian. "Pescaterians" are not any sort of vegetarian either, despite what some people claim. They are omnivores that eat a very limited type of meat.
A vegetarian does not eat animals. Fish is an animal, as is shrimp, clams, beetles, chickens, deer, pigs, cows and sheep. Gelatin, lard, carmine and rennet are all parts of animals and are not vegetarian either.

Vegetarians DO NOT eat fish. You can't claim to be a vegetarian and eat fish. If you only eat fish then you are PESCETARIAN.

Nope. Pescetarians eat fish, and they're similar to vegetarians, but they AREN'T vegetarians. I say ignore those people who don't know what they're talking about. You know, and that's pretty much all that matters.

Yes you can eat fish.
However you don't have to if you don't want to.
It's purely your decision ! :)
My friend is a vege and she eats fish, so dont worry .
This is because becoming a vegetarian means no meat not fish.
However i saw on a website if you were becoming a TRUE, TRUE vege you shouldn't eat fish , but many people do.
Good luck :D xxx
