get a rice pack (if you don't have that .. just fill up a sock with rice) and heat it up and put it on the area of the neck that hurts .. usually around 1:45 to 2:00 in the microwave. it REALLY works!!! :) hope i helped!

You can have ibuprophen (Motrin) up until the last few weeks of pregnancy, unless you are having symptoms of early labor. Remember to never take more than the recommended dose of Tylenol (aceteminophen). It can damage your liver, or potentially harm your baby.
Are you having other symptoms? If not, you probably slept wrong, or hurt yourself some other way. Alternating cold and warm compresses should help.
Remember, many viruses start out with a stiff neck. If there are other symptoms, you may want to contact your doctor or other care provider.

neck massage always works and or hot shower directly hitting on the neck area..
take some Tylenol and rest if possible..

Ask some one to give you a neck massage, or get a nice warm wash cloth and put it on it. also you could take some Tylenol. you probably slept on it funny.

Extra Strength Tylenol, that is what I use for mine. Only 1 unless your doctor says otherwise!

my doc had me get extra strength medicine...i think she said no tylenol or something like that. its aspirin free. and you'll probably have that neck pain for a while, i know i do but i just live with it.
