Realtor- without the trademark symbol?

If one were to have business cards printed advertising oneself as a Realtor (assuming that they really are a realtor) would it matter if there wasn't the little trademark on the card next to the word "realtor" ? (Since it is a copyrighted term)

    No, it wouldn't matter.

IMO (not a legal statement) having that garbage everywhere is stupid. If you're a realtor your a realtor... no need to add excess junk next to it.
