you should just ignore stupid answers and questions, I only thumbs down or report someone if the answer or question is silly or abusive. a Q or A needs to be reported twice before it actually becomes an issue with yahoo. I suggest for you to read the guidelines for better understanding they should answer this question. as for the thumb problem it could be a bad connection to the site or something. you wont get reported for this one as you are actually asking a question that needs a proper answer.
