What's the quickest diet or exercise to lose weight by July?

Last summer I was at the weight I wanted to be but for some reason I gained it all back reaaaaly quick! I weighed like 139... then by November I was up to 155 and now I'm in between 163-168.... I got pregnant in November but lost my baby in February and I haven't lost any weight... I've just gained about 5 more pounds since I lost the baby

I have a membership @ Curves but never go so I'm going to start that up again but I was wondering what excercises are the best for losing my stomach and toning up my arms, legs and butt... And what diet is best... I want to fit my summer clothes for my trip in July so any suggestions would be appreciated..... I'd like to get down to 135 eventually but I know I probably won't get down to that before then... Just at least 10-15 pounds before then

    Well I personally believe that cutting down your food intake is a great start. Big word being Moderation. Drink a glass of water before each meal, and then serve up smaller portions. Make sure you each a couple snacks in between too, so your not starving by meal time. I think starting the day out with a good healthy cereal is a great idea, and some good snack ideas....crackers, veggies with ranch, I don't think you have to take away everything good, just lighten it up. If you are a soda drinker, cutting that way back is an excellent start! Don't take it all away, but cut back. When it comes to exercise, don't over do it. Some people say 2 hours a day in the gym or something a day, well that is a good way to get sick of exercise real quick, and quit it all together. I don't like the gym thing, but If you do...that's awesome! I would start out going once a week for the first few weeks, then take it up to twice a week....if you feel motivation to go extra here and there then great, do it! Just don't commit to every day, and then get burnt out. There are also some great exercise ideas for home too.

    Lunges

    sit ups

    push ups

    First off, I'm sorry about your baby.

    Starting back at the gym is good. But, you definitely need to make sure you eat healthier too.

    The Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet would probably be your best bet. Most people lose about 10-15 lbs a month. It is very easy to follow, cheap, and most importantly, it is healthy.

    The diet is based on calorie shifting. You will be constantly switching up the types of calories you eat every day. (Don't worry, the diet generator does this for you.) You just choose the foods you want from a list, and the diet generator generates your menus.

    My sister did this diet and lost 40 lbs over 3 1/2 months time, and she has kept it off, because this is a way of eating that you can do forever.

    use a dash of cinnamon to give fruits such as bananas and melons a richer dessert feel without the sugar

    make it a point to use the steps whenever possible use the bathroom on a different floor at work take the stairs at the bus station the airport or the mall

    you dont have to make a three digit number your weight loss goal aim for a certain dress size or waist measurement
