I'm going on a trip to LA & Vegas with my fiance and we might jus get married in Vegas. So I'm trying to lose a few pounds... lose a lil of the love handles and stuff... So what's the best exercises for tummys and diet to lose weight within like a month!?!?!?

I've been "on my period" for almost 2 and a half months straight non-stop. Every single day I've had some kind of bleed whether it be light or heavy... I would say probably about 2 weeks of heavy bleeding at first then a couple weeks with just light bleeding (sometimes a pinkish color), then it went back to heavy bleeding for another week, light again and just when I thought it'd be light again it started back heavy today...

What could possibly be going on? I do not want to keep bleeding like this!!!! I know I should go to the doctor but I don't have any medical so I just want some opinions on what it could be... If it doesn't stop soon I will definitely just have to go to a doctor

I have long hair and don't want to cut it but it gets in my way and I tend to put it in a ponytail a lot! It's only thinning in the front around my face.... there's like 3 nickel size bald spots and others that are just noticably thin.

I do have stress as well! Yesterday I bought women's rogaine and it mentioned that once you stop using it the hair will fall back out and I don't want to buy a bottle every month for the rest of my life unless its truley going to work....

Any ideas on how to grow it back???? And I'm scared of taking any hair growth pills just in case I grow hair in places I don't want! Lol

So I took a test last Friday and it seems to have a plus sign but it's VERY faint... I took another one on Sunday an then one on Monday and they both came up negative soooooo what do you guys think!?

Ok, so I have a question... I was pregnant not too long ago but lost my baby at 4 months=( But I can't really remember if I had discharge... I'm late on my period (haven't had a real one since July 24th... Just a lil spotting after sex around the time I should have had my period in August)....

BUT my question is I've been having discharge.... Sometimes it's white & thick an sometimes it's clear & liquidy... I don't really know how to explain it but has anybody ever been pregnant and experienced that!? I KNOW it's not a STD because I just went to the doctor 2 weeks ago and got checked for EVERYTHING including a pregnancy test BUT I wasn't even due for my period til the 24th soooo I was just wondering if this is a sign at all of being pregnant!? Or what else could it be!?

Ok, I have a question... I haven't had a period since July 25th! Now, in the end of July and beginning of August I probably had sex 3 times and only once unprotected... Then like a week before my period should have started me and my boyfriend started having unprotected sex everyday... WELL my period never came... I did bleed two times after sex around the day my period should have came BUT it wasn't even enough to cover a panty liner... So I had tried taking a pregnancy test and it said no... Well once I was like 2-3 weeks late I took a couple more... They still said no... Now here we are September 29th and I still haven't had a period... I should have started on the 24th... I took a few more tests which all said no except there was 1 test that looks to have a very faint plus line... I took that one on Friday and since then have taken 2 more which both came up no... So I'm just confused... What do you think could be the problem?

I was thinking maybe it was because I started having sex on a regular basis or stress that it pushed it back a lil bit but now I have missed a whole period and am at least 5 days late for the next one... And I haven't had sex since September 4th... So I don't understand why the hell I haven't either started my period or had a positive test besides that one with the very faint line...

On quick ways to lose weight... Of course I'm going to do my workout but it doesn't help when I eat poorly... I think this contest will motivate me but I need ideas on things to eat and what else should I do besides my work outs there?... It's supposed to be at least 30 mins 3-4 times a week... I just don't think that's enough and I also am trying to lose weight before my vacation in July so I can fit my clothes again....

I want to tone up my legs, arms, butt, and DEFINITELY my tummy... it's too big I can't fit any of my pants.... So any workout ideas and ideas of what I can eat would be appreciated because I normally eat greasy fatty foods

Last summer I was at the weight I wanted to be but for some reason I gained it all back reaaaaly quick! I weighed like 139... then by November I was up to 155 and now I'm in between 163-168.... I got pregnant in November but lost my baby in February and I haven't lost any weight... I've just gained about 5 more pounds since I lost the baby

I have a membership @ Curves but never go so I'm going to start that up again but I was wondering what excercises are the best for losing my stomach and toning up my arms, legs and butt... And what diet is best... I want to fit my summer clothes for my trip in July so any suggestions would be appreciated..... I'd like to get down to 135 eventually but I know I probably won't get down to that before then... Just at least 10-15 pounds before then

i've had a stomach ache all day.... my period started yesterday.... it's a brighter red then normal an there is also some mucus looking stuff mixed with the blood... and i've been on the toilet a lot going number 2... and as mentioned throwing up mucus as well... any ideas what could be wrong? besides the stomach ache I've felt fine

I was told my last pregnancy I needed to get one put in when I went to the hospital for cramps... They sent me home without it and the next day I lost my baby at 15 weeks and 4 days.... I read a little on it but I didn't see if it has to be put in only while you're pregnant or do they do it before? And if it's only while you're pregnant, how far along do you need to be and can you still have sex after you have healed from having it put in?

I've had 4 previous miscarriages.... Only one was past 1st trimester (15 an a half weeks:( it was a little over a month ago).... 2 I hadn't even known I was pregnant it was soooo early along... I just found out when it happened... I don't know the cause of them all... I know with my first 3 I was really always stressed out around the times and that's why with my 4th I tried to do everything right.... My doctor said after my first regular period I can try again and I just started yesterday.... But besides that I am wondering ways to get pregnant soon! I don't know if I should just let it happen or try in certain times of the month or what...

I've never kept a record of my Basal Body Temp but I got a thermometer for it.... I have also never kept a record of like discharge and when the exact dates of my period started and ended....... Can someone explain the temperature thing to me and also like how does the discharge show u when you're ovulating and stuff??? I really want to have a healthy pregnancy so I am continuing to take my prenatals from my last pregnancy but is there anything else I should be doing differently then normal!?

3 out of 4 happened when I was on the toilet trying to go #2..... And this last time I was pregnant at 15 weeks and 3 or 4 days I was on the toilet and wiped there was a little blood coming from my vagina and was having cramps so I got scared went to the hospital they said only thing wrong with me was a urinary tract infection.... when I left the hospital I had the worse pains of my life which I now know were contractions!! I just took the pain meds they gave me though until the next night I felt I had to go #2 again.... when I began to push it was just a gush of blood an that's when the miscarriage occurred which that is kind of similiar to the other miscarriages but never so much blood and the other times I was not as far along

Sorry if this was graphic but I am just confused on why it always happens to me and now I am scared to go to the bathroom if/HOPEFULLY when I get pregnant next time...

I was 15 and a half weeks pregnant when I miscarried..... And I am just a bit confused on where the umbilical cord was and why it wasn't connected to the baby... I realize this may be a dumb question but I am just confused

If so how close after and was it a healthy pregnancy?

Just wondering because I am depserately hoping it'll happen soon so I wanted to hear about other peoples experiences

I just had a miscarriage last week... (worst experience in my life)... I want a baby so bad and me and my boyfriend (fiance now) of 3 years have been trying so hard for about 2 years so this was devastating.... We do not live together just yet so we only see each other once or twice a week for now.... Is it ok to have sex if I am not bleeding and it doesn't hurt?

Would it be bad to get pregnant right away? Because me and him don't use protection and I kind of feel if it happens it does if not we'll try extra hard after I get my next regular period... I know getting pregnant again will not replace my baby I just lost but I do think it would help with my grieving... everybody is different and that's how I feel about it but I just want people's opinion on if they think it'd be bad for me if I don't use condoms and get pregnant before my first regular period...

Also if I were to take awhile for my period to come like say it doesn't come within a month from when i had my miscarriage would I be able to tell if I got pregnant with a home pregnancy test or not? Please no rude comments... This has been the worst time of my life and I have had some very bad times in my life but I feel the only way to feel somewhat of some comfort is by actually having a baby!

Last Wednesday I had light cramping and a little blood when I went to the bathroom once so I went to the hospital and they just diagnosed me with a urinary tract infection and gave me an ultrasound! I saw my baby for the first time and it was the best moment of my life! I saw it moving around and the heart beating! They also did a internal ultrasound which at first I didn't suspect anything... When I left the hospital (like as soon as I got in my car) I had really bad cramping which I actually think were contractions but I've never felt them before so I thought the pain medicine they prescribed me would take it away...

I could barely sleep I was in so much pain that lasted throughout all of Thursday until 8 o'clock came around... I felt the urge to go potty, went into the bathroom pushed and I felt something coming out of my vagina (TMI sorry...) I knew exactly what it was and fell to the floor screaming!! My mother rushed in and there was blood everywhere and all I could say was "My baby...... help me please! Get it out of the toilet.... Please don't flush my baby" so long story short I went to the hospital and I wasn't sure if my baby had actually went in my toilet or the hospitals because there was so much coming out....

The doctor suggested I have a D&C and I just couldn't do it at first because nobody found the baby in either toilets and I couldn't handle them ripping my baby apart (I don't know what's really done but I assumed it was like an abortion)...

Anyway it's like I blame myself thinking I stressed too much or cried too hard in the previous week making my cervix start to dialate or something....I blame the doctors for doing the internal ultrasound, for not putting my on a monitor to see if I was having contractions and I blame them for the medicines they gave me and the ones they didn't because I always hear of them giving people medicine to stop labor or putting something on the cervix to keep it from dialating (don't know how its spelt but I will try a cerclause... which they talked about doing for me)...

I feel like I will never have the chance to have a baby now or like if I do get pregnant I will go through it again! It's so hard to handle! I can't get used to not being pregnant anymore! I don't know if I am overreacting or what! I got the ultrasound picture on a shirt, a cell phone cover, I have the picture on my wall! I sleep holding on to the blanket I had for him/her.... I was supposed to go in for another ultrasound last Friday and tomorrow was supposed to be my 4 month check-up:( I don't know how to handle this and I don't know how I am going to deal with the time around the due date! I just want to get pregnant like right away to try takin away some pain! I feel I have to get pregnant like NOW or I will never be ok

Ok so I was 15 an a half weeks along and I have never been sooooo depressed in my whole life since losing my baby last night! I have a questions mainly on the hospital....

I went in on Wednesday night complaining of cramps and there was a LITTLE blood trace when I wiped from peeing... so when I got there they checked my vitals and made me pee in a cup.... they told me I had a urinary tract infection.... but did an ultrasound after me waitin for about 4 hours at least.... my baby was fine! Moving around (it was my first time seeing the ultrasound) I saw its heart beating and stuff.... then they did the internal ultrasound and found my cervix was short and told me that I would need to get that fixed sometime before I got too far along! Then they discharged me.... after giving my some antibotics for the infection through IV

As soon as I left I had worse cramping (which now I am thinkin was actually contractions now... but I have never had them so I had no idea I thought I was just supposed to take the vicodin they prescribed.... Well I had those pains sooo bad but around 7-8 on Thursday (last night) I felt the urge to go potty... while pushing somethin came out and I KNEW exactly what that meant so I basically started hypervenilating the ambulance took me in and the doctors were kinda rude like they didn't care one even yelled because I cussed when she poked me in the wrong spot with the IV! But anyway they just wanted me to do a D&C withouth checking with ultrasound! I wouldn't allow it because I didn't want my baby ripped apart! So I dealt with contractions mainly because I wanted to keep my baby in one piece so I could arrange for a buriel and stuff! I don't care if I was only in my early second trimester! Well they told me they couldn't find the baby and I had em check the toilet and everything! I ended up having to have the D&C because supposedly just the placenta hadn't came out yet and I was in tooo much pain! I didn't wanna do it but whatever....

Basically what I am getting at is did they do something wrong? Should they have NEVER discharged me without fixing my cervix first? Should I have been on a monitor the first time to see if in fact I was having contractions? My friend said she had the same problem with her cervix and had to go in 6 times and her baby was born perfectly healthy! I know people r different but I felt because I have DSHS medical among other things they didn't do everything they should have to help me and my baby! Also, they precribed me phenergan the first visit and I read online don't take it if u have severe asthma which I do...

I am 15 an a half weeks pregnant... And just last night I started cramping... I haven't had any cramping really throughout the whole pregnancy but all of a sudden I am... It hurts pretty bad... Not like I can't handle it but it's worse then MY cramps from my time of the month... I never cramped much then... Anyways I went to the restroom (May be T.M.I) and when I wiped there was a little bit of blood... Not spots or anything but I have been having a lot of extra discharge lately and there was like a little trace of pinkish blood here and there... I am just worried... Should I go to the hospital? Is there even anything they can do or am I ok!? I'm pretty far along in my pregancy for a miscarriage but I know it's possible so I am just scared and want some advice on if I should just wait it out and go to my doctor sometime this week when they can get me in or should I go to the ER tonight?

Just curious because my cousin claims my aunt but I can't get ahold of him to find out how to do it.... My grandma usually does my taxes but they're not that complicated and now that my mom gets ssi I don't know if first off I can claim her, second is it complicated and does it have to be done somewhere like H&R Block?

I am only 12 weeks BUT I just felt this fluttering feeling.... I know the difference between gas and my stomach "growling" from being hungry so I'm wondering if it was the baby.... it lasted just a few seconds

Anyway.... I know everybody feels their baby at different times but I don't know if this is too soon
