Is it possible I felt my baby move for the first time?
I am only 12 weeks BUT I just felt this fluttering feeling.... I know the difference between gas and my stomach "growling" from being hungry so I'm wondering if it was the baby.... it lasted just a few seconds
Anyway.... I know everybody feels their baby at different times but I don't know if this is too soon
ThanxXx 2 everybody who answered & thanxXx who said congrats too!!!! I am really excited.... I've had 3 miscarriages but this is the longest one of my pregnancies have lasted so I'm really excited especially since chances of miscarriages go down each week!! And feeling that is really comforting! I hope it's what I thought and the baby moving!!!!

Hi! I think if you think you felt it then you probbly did!! Dont let all the people discourage you who say you didnt or you wont until 14 plus weeks, every woman is different as so every pregnancy! Congratulations!!! I cant wait to feel my baby move!!!

The greater babies you have the quicker you sense issues. they say that it relatively is by using fact your physique "is familiar with what to assume". this is why some women understand even formerly they'd have a good being pregnant attempt that they are pregnant, etc. i've got confidence which you will sense the infant pass early as I felt very incredibly at 12 weeks a feeling you defined. It felt just about like the infant become rapid "pushing out" against my abdomen and would merely final a pair of seconds. i'm 22 weeks now and nonetheless have not felt the "fluttering" with this one, it merely progressed into kicks. wish this helps some.

Is this your first? Typically with your first you won't feel the baby move until 16-20 weeks, sometimes longer. I've had 3 pregnancies. With my 1st, I felt her around 18 weeks, my 2nd closer to 16, with my 3rd around 14 I'm not saying it's not possible. The more I think of it, the movement I'm talking about around 20 weeks is more of the "kick" feeling rather than the "fluttering". You would feel that sooner. I'm not helping am I? lol

It's possible to have felt the baby move. I think I was about 4 months when I realized what I was feeling was actually the baby moving.
Congrats on your little one.

if you think you did you probably did. with my first son i didn't feel him move until about four months, but with my 2nd one i felt him about 10-11 weeks. you know your body and the different feelings that go on inside. congrats on the baby

More than likely you didn't. The baby at 12 weeks is very small. Any doctor will tell you the earliest you'd feel the baby is 16 weeks. This is when the baby's bones are hardening.

sounds like you felt your baby move for the 1st time! congrats! such an exciting time! i was 12wks with my 1st and 10 wks with my other 3! so 12wks is not too early! not to sound mean but thinner people feel it sooner than others.
