Bleeding for 2 & a half months straight, what could be going on?

I've been "on my period" for almost 2 and a half months straight non-stop. Every single day I've had some kind of bleed whether it be light or heavy... I would say probably about 2 weeks of heavy bleeding at first then a couple weeks with just light bleeding (sometimes a pinkish color), then it went back to heavy bleeding for another week, light again and just when I thought it'd be light again it started back heavy today...

What could possibly be going on? I do not want to keep bleeding like this!!!! I know I should go to the doctor but I don't have any medical so I just want some opinions on what it could be... If it doesn't stop soon I will definitely just have to go to a doctor

Update:

Also, I'm NOT on birth control so it's not pills making me bleed like this

Update 2:

I haven't taken birth control or the morning after pill...

I'm 24 years old, I've had my period since before I was 10 soooo for a long time now

Also the doctors have already said I am anemic so I think I'm going to just have to come up with the money to see a doctor.... Just wondering if anybody else has went through something like this! Or if anybody has ideas on the problem...

I looked up thyroid disease it could possibly be that

ok so it can be a few things..it can be ur thyroid or it can be an infection...either way i think u should consult a doctor..dnt worry ur not going to die so dnt get urself anxt up and nervous( thats what i do everytime i think something is wrong) relax and calmly see a doctor...all they will do is check u out and give u medication and it should be fine..but if anything like that happens again u should see a doctor when u have a period longer than 2 weeks...anything longer than like 2 weeks is not normal so ya.. dnt wrry ull be fine..HOPE THIS HELPS!!!

This is not normal, but you already know that.

See a Dr, go to a free clinic, something.

Too much blood loss will leave you anemic.

Find out what the problem is and get it treated.

Okay, you have to use birth control as your healthcare provider says so. Otherwise you have a higher risk of it not working properly and having side effects. This is one of the side effects. I suggest calling your healthcare provider and speaking to them about what you need to do. I know when this happened to me (it happened to me even though I used NuvaRing as directed) my provider put me a progestrone pill and switched me to Ortho Evra, or the patch. It worked very well.

Well, maybe it's just your body being weird. Hopefully it should stop sometime soon.
