TTC After A Miscarriage..... Questions about getting pregnant....?

I've had 4 previous miscarriages.... Only one was past 1st trimester (15 an a half weeks:( it was a little over a month ago).... 2 I hadn't even known I was pregnant it was soooo early along... I just found out when it happened... I don't know the cause of them all... I know with my first 3 I was really always stressed out around the times and that's why with my 4th I tried to do everything right.... My doctor said after my first regular period I can try again and I just started yesterday.... But besides that I am wondering ways to get pregnant soon! I don't know if I should just let it happen or try in certain times of the month or what...

I've never kept a record of my Basal Body Temp but I got a thermometer for it.... I have also never kept a record of like discharge and when the exact dates of my period started and ended....... Can someone explain the temperature thing to me and also like how does the discharge show u when you're ovulating and stuff??? I really want to have a healthy pregnancy so I am continuing to take my prenatals from my last pregnancy but is there anything else I should be doing differently then normal!?

    I'm so sorry for your losses! I had a miscarriage and then was told to wait one normal period and then start TTC again. I miscarried in June and then conceived again in the end of October.

    Please make sure your doctor does a full work up on you. Your miscarriages could be from antiphospholipid syndrome, in which case they'll want to put you on aspirin and or heparin, or it could be low progesterone.

    I allowed my frame to head by way of 2 cycles so I might monitor my fertile days once more. My interval is due Father's Day, so I'm going to experiment an afternoon earlier than. My bestfriend had a miscarriage and bought being pregnant once more swiftly and it was once a healthful being pregnant. Everybody is distinct even though.

    Have your dr. put u on prometrium..with that many miscarriages your progesterone may me low..hence causing miscarriages
