Guys can absolutely get yeast infections. They can also be Asymptomatic, which means you can have it, but not have symptoms. When this happens, it can be transfered back and forth to you and your partner. You can also get it with GOOD hygiene

Yeah guys can get thrush on their penis. You just get some cream for it, and/or a pill (fluconazole). If it is not treated you can transmit it to your sexual partner(s).

I know babies can't get it in like their armpits, so guys prolly can get it. It's not an STD, it's just bacteria. We can get one if we go on antibiotics.
