200-250 wins
possible WS apperarance or ring
possibly a few more CY Youngs
but just like the other guy said he is still one of the best pitchers in Baseball

That's an interesting question because the criteria for starting pitchers is going to be changing very soon. 300 wins was always the benchmark for Hall of Fame induction for starters, but it's very likely that Randy Johnson will be the last 300 game winner for the foreseeable future.
Wins will certainly be the most important stat, but the number is probably going to drop significantly to somewhere between 200 and 250 wins to get elected to the Hall of Fame.
As it stands, Halladay is 136-67, which is a very good winning percentage. He also has a Cy Young and 5 All-star appearances. 3 or 4 more very good seasons and he has a shot. It would help if he could get a World Series appearance.
Still, he's one of the best pitchers in baseball.

As I see it, Halladay is the best pitcher in the American League and arguably the best in baseball but he's vastly underrated. He eats innings and has more endurance on the mound than just about any pitcher in the game during his tenure in the league. His arsenal of pitches and the way he utilizes them has led to his spectacular performances over the years. And he's done all of that on a mediocre team. At the pace he's going, he'll be a Hall of Famer. No doubt in my mind. He just needs another few years to solidify his spot. I'm not worried about a ring because playing in the AL East, it's fairly unlikely that with the lack of support he has and the competition in that division that he'll even make the playoffs. Even so, he's putting up the numbers necessary to get in.

Firstly, Pedro Martinez with just over 200 wins is likely to get in or receive very strong support.
Then Halladay.
Like JSatt said..win percentage...that's about .750, that's one of the best ever. And probably 250 wins or more.
But it it tails off at 200-220..probably not. Martinez was more dominating in his prime.
