what has more alcohol in it? Midori Sours or Rum and Coke?
While at a bar, a drunk friend asked me if what I was drinking (midori sour) had more alcohol in it that her rum and coke. And since I am clearly not a scienctist, I have no clue.

Rum is generally 40% alcohol by volume.
Midori is controlled to 21% alcohol by volume.
That said, it still depends on how big the drinks are relative to one another, and whether or not the proportions are the same.

There was a drink I used to order in college that tasted exactly like an orange creamsicle. Here's a recipe I found on the internet, don't know if it's exactly the same one... Fill a mixing cup with 1/2 way with ice. 1/2 oz. Vodka or Orange Vodka 1/2 oz. Triple Sec 1 oz. Orange Juice 1 oz. Cream Shake all ingredients well and strain into a cocktail glass. Use a scoop of vanilla ice cream instead of cream & ice, and you've got a Dreamsicle. Serve in a large stem or hurricane glass. YUM!
