My computer speakers wont make any noise on one computer but it will play music on my laptop?
When I connect them to my laptop the speakers work, but when I connect them to my desktop they won't make any noise. I already checked the volume on the computer and they're not on mute or anything. also they were working the day before yesterday on my desktop.

Well, because they work on your laptop but not the desktop, It doesn't seem to be a problem with the speakers. It's possible your desktop has a sound card problem. Motherboards these days come with the sound card built in, and if that stopped working for whatever reason, it's not the end of days, you just need to buy yourself a sound card and install it. I would have your computer checked out just to make sure. You should also check to see if your drivers are up to date.

Go to control panel, sounds and audio devices, click the audio tab. Then make sure it's the right audio device. Also be sure to trouble shoot the connection. Power, plugs, etc.

Check your computer manufacturer website for driver updates. Could be your sound card going but check that first.

Possible bad connection in wire or on computer sound connector.
Possible they draw too much power, (if you have an older board.)
Possible problem with sound card driver.

it could be a problem with a port on your desktop. maybe when you unplugged them the day before yesterday, you messed up something with the port on your desktop. you should try restarting your desktop and see if that fixes it.

First, check the port if it is the one malfunctioning, then proceed on checking your audio drivers.
