Exercise and vitamins questions?
I have just recently started going from doing no excercise, to a fair amount so far. I am 30 years old, and use to be in good shape, but let myself go. I just recently decided that I want to train for triatholons, and hav made quite a few life changes to do so. First off, I went from drink basically every night, to not at all. also, started taken in vitamins a, c & e with omega-3 pills every night since wednesday night. I was previously taking a 1 a day pill with euchinia every morning before, and just relized I was taking all of that yesterday, so stoped the 1 a day and euchinia pill.
I also have started eating better, drining only water all day, at least a gallon a day. I also used to eat all up untill going to bed. Since wednesday, I havn't eating ANYTHING past 7pm.
I ran for about 15 in Wednesday night, and laso lifted some light weights that night too. I then rand for 1/2 hour last night(friday night) and again ate a healthy dinner and nothing after 7:15 pm.
I have been getting headaches since friday morining, and today it is really bad. today it is saturday.
My question is, is this normal, what possible harm could I have done, or be doing with the sudden vitiman switch, and any other bits of advice for improvments?
Please only seriuos answers!

I'm close to your age with a similar situation. You have to make sure you are fueling your body for the amount of working out you are doing. Are you eating enough calories per day? If you're trying to lose weight multiply your weight by 7 this is a safe starting point you will lose weight with this amount of food. Just make sure you're eating enough veggies/fruits and protein. Have healthy carbs and limit your fats, to healthy ones like the omega three. I'd buy whey protein shakes to drink within 90 min after your workout and stick with your multi vitamin. The best vitamins you can take are going to come naturally from the foods you eat. Look up some power foods like spinach and that sort to get the best nutrition possible.
Sounds like you've got hunger headaches. I used to get these along with nausea, It is NOT fun!!! It sounds weird but you do have to eat to lose it's the healthiest way to go. Hope this was helpful:)

Your body is getting into habit of workingout. Dieting sounds good just make sure your eating right. Headaches im not sure if its related to runnin. It might be a temporary effect. Take a vitamin, it will not hurt
