What's your favorite OS and why?

Please be as specific as possible. For example:

I like Windows 98 the best, because when i was in highschool, we used that OS and i would hack my friends computers everday...

blah blah blah

something like that....

I'm just curious, because of the intense battles going on between windows and macintosh... My personal favorite is linux, just because it's different and i like the idea of "open source" and how programs should be free.

    I like Vista Home Premium Sp1..it just runs smoothly with some extra things that XP doesnt have.

    My favorite OS is Home Premium Vista. Because it is the best one out there!
