Some people don't know how to spell. Others just do it deliberately to get a reaction out of it.

or they are flat out lousy in school.
nothing you can do about it. the more you complain, the worse they do it on purpose.
and that is why the usa is falling into the toilet of third world nation status.
dumb.
they know who is the silly singer on some tv program, but can not name the prez, vp, or what the constitution says.
they spend hours texting each other about foolishness, and can not figure out why they got and "F" in math.
and, the school boards say give us more money to help these kids.
no. get rid of the worthless teachers and get GOOD ones in there.
kind of a bit of a tangent, but it is all connected.

The I and E thing kind of makes sense pronunciation wise as it's ay-theeeee- ist. The S dumbfounds me.
My favorite is athesit.

The ones who do are shall we say, not intellectual giants. They're probably the same people who put an apostraphe on every plural s and dont know the difference between then and than.

The i and e Violates the "Rule", "I Before e, Except After c".
