For beauticians and also those who have had a bad cut - what do you do when you are not happy with a haircut?
I tip really well (50 to 100%) to make sure I get what I want. I also take in pictures of what I want. I am on my third beautician. Each beautician will work with me for a few months, my hair will look great, and then one day - bam - they get crazy and I come out looking like a train wreck. Then I let my hair grow out and start all over with a new salon and beautician. I have had the best beautician for about the last 8 months but last week I went in for a trim on just the bottom layer and the top, and she got crazy and cut 2 inches off all over and did something to my bangs and they so lopsided that I had to even them up when I got home. Should I complain to the owner who I am friendly with? Should I have a talk to the beautician who did this who was great up till now? Or should I just move on to another salon and beautician and start all over again?

I would suggest that you talk to the owner and possibly the stylist that actually did your hair. If anything, they should be aware that you are not happy with what you got. The stylist may have just had a bad day and you were the unlucky victim. If you have had the same one for the past 8 months, then I would say that he/she is doing something right with your hair. Talk to them.....express your dislike.
Hope that helps!

Please, speak with the beautician! Let them know how you feel so that it doesn't happen again, and stress that you are upset that they decided to get "creative." Usually they will offer to fix your hair for free, but if not, work it like it's something fierce. If you show confidence, anything can look great on you!
Good luck!
