New Camcorder with 30 HDD for around $200 or less?

I hate recording with a Digital Camera and I don't have a lot of money so I need a Camcorder that shoots nice video quality, can auto-focus and have a large(can hold more than 1 hour of video) Hard Drive for under $200. I also need to be able to mount it onto a Tri-Pod so no Flip Video camcorders

    There is no hard drive camcorder for under $200.

    Flip camcorders can be tripod mounted - they have a tripod mount screw hole.
