Ladies with birth control pill weight gain - how did you lose the weight? I am considering a low carb diet.?

Will it work?

Update:

Thanks for the input Lady K. I am already working out 2 hours every other day and eat roughly 2000 calories a day. I can't work out anymore than I do, have to adjust my diet I surmise.

Update 2:

Thanks for the answers. I should have mentioned I am 5' 10". I would die on 1500 calories. Not going there. Even the 2000 range is difficult. Problem is the pregnancy hormones in pills are telling my body to store fat and I have to try to trick my body into not doing that. Working out more than my current schedule is not an option. I simply do not have the time. The only thing I can think of is the low carb diet.

I haven't tried the low carb diet but I did twenty minutes of cardio on an elliptical every day and strength training every other day. I also quit drinking soda and drank more water. It worked for me.

I took a pair delivery controls that made me achieve weight however it is all simply frequently water retension. It all is dependent upon your frame and the tablet. Speak to a health practitioner they usually must support you.
