I have a lot of experience on engines of the 204, 304 and I've never come across a left hand thread on the entire car.
I realise the 505 is a rear-wheel drive car.
Searching through all my literature on the 404, 504 (rear wheel cars too) I see the torque specs for these crankshaft harmonic balancer bolts. NOTHING is mentioned about 'left hand' bolts.
Every Left hand bolt I have seen on a car has an "L" stamped on it (eg. 1966-67 Chrysler models, lug nuts)
However, my father in law has the repair book on the 505 and I will get the book from him later today...
