What is the name of this movie - British parody/spoof?

I remember watching this random movie back in the day (oh, about 8 years or so ago) on PBS, and I can't seem to remember enough specifics about it to look it up properly.

It was set in the early 20th century, I believe, and it made fun of all those upper-class British dramas.

There was a guardian-type older lady (I want to say an aunt) and a brother and sister. The brother's name was Edward.

The brother had a best friend named Cedric. (Needless to say, when I try to look up "Edward and Cedric", I find countless discussions of Robert Pattinson, but nothing on this movie....)

Anyways.

The sister gets saved from drowning by a swarthy local lower-class boy, whom they reward by taking him on as a butler/valet/footman of some sort.

The family goes on a lengthy trip that includes Italy and India, and they take their lawn with them. Every time they stop for tea, the butler/valet/footman guy has to take out these squares of sod and lay out their lawn for them to have tea on.

Everything else I remember is just little snippets - CEdric gets mistaken for Gandhi in India, the sister ends up pregnant, etc.

Any ideas?
