Does anyone on R&S really find comfort & answers or Faith in God here?

There are a few oasis of real thought provoking questions for Christians. But they are few and far between. Most of the time it's like a war zone. But I enjoy the rules of engagement and am fighting the good fight of faith. Hopefully planting seeds of thought. I'm leaving the results to God. What is most important is the message and not the one who gives it.

All the threats of hell and damnation, the intolerance, egotism and persecution of the christians are surely ample demonstration as to why christianity has lost ten percent in less than a decade and the loss is increasing!!

Christians posting on here do far more harm to the church than the atheists ever could!!

Indeed many christian posts actually turn people into anti christians!!

Surely proving that if there is a god then these people must be working for the devil!!

this sight is mainly to share views that each of us has. Why we would degrade each other for there belief is beyond me. In the end God is the judge.

But to comment to your question, I am sure that people has changed there views, probally more than once. But the best that we can do ( we meaning Christians) should answer these questions as best as we can. If we don't now the answer, just pass the question up. It does not prophit the kingdom of God, if we give stupid answers, that are not correct. We are to be witnesses where ever we go.

Nope but many find that what they once believe was true by faith doesn't hold up to reality and change over to something a bit less ridiculous like Pan-deism or atheism .

But R&S has done much to strengthen my faith and help me find arguments to back it up.

When I research some idea that someone brings up I always learn something. Or at least remember something I heard before that backs up or refutes that idea.
