No sexual arousal after Crohn's Disease treatment?
I'm a bottom guy, over the course of a year I developed a Crohn's Disease and it had taken a great deal of my daily activity, I lost almost a quarter of my body weight as in January I was only 82 lbs, while the treatment and medication have shown progressions, and I started to go back to work, the problem is I don't feel any sexual arousal anymore, I wonder if it's the disease or the medication but I can't tell my doctor because I'm not out yet, I feel guilty towards my boyfriend who has gone from understanding to all grumpy lately. I feel so useless and unattractive. what should I do?

my aunt has crohn's, i don't know that it's impacted her sexual life, but then it's a slightly different situation for her.
my advice is to talk to your doctor, doctor patient confidentiality prevents him from outing you and you'll get your answers from an informed source.
if you don't want to do that, i'm in nursing school and i swear by webmd

You don't have to out yourself to your doctor in order to get help. Simply telling him that you're suffering from a lack of arousal since treatment is more than enough information. You don't need to be specific about whether it's towards males or females.
I'm sorry you're suffering from Crohn's. A friend of mine has it something awful, and required surgery to remove a third of is lower intestine. Hopefully your condition won't progress to that point. Best of luck to you.

Talk to the doctor. Certain medication can cause those problems. Maybe there is another medication you could try that wouldn't cause you these problems. Good luck.

Talk to your doctor. Even if you aren't out, by law he can't tell anyone. If it's meds they could adjust them or give you something else.

You can tell your doctor, and by law he cannot repeat what you told him. So, maybe it's time to come out to that one person who can help you? [:
